About Us
First - Thank you for considering one of our puppies as your next companion. It is my passion to provide families with happy, socialized, healthy babies for years to come. What does LTL stand for? LTL are our first names - Lauren, Trinity and Lacey. As a mom and daughter operated program, we take great pride in raising this breed we love so much. This is NOT a JOB for us, this is our passion, purpose, and a way I have been able to teach my daughters so many valuable life lessons. Every puppy we help bring into this world we take full responsibility for giving them the best chance of a great life. We know life happens and we want you to know if there is ever a time, you’re no longer able to provide care for your pet we will gladly take them back. I just never want one of our babies to end up in a bad environment if it can be prevented and I will go to any lengths to always help my babies. We have several generations that we have hand-picked and then kept for multiple reasons. We don’t breed for color or coats, but more importantly for health and temperament. This contract is written to be fair to all parties, buyers, sellers, and the puppy!
Buyer requirements
⮚ After you have chosen your puppy, a deposit is required to hold the puppy till the 9-week age date is reached. The deposit is a non-refundable amount of $100.00 that must be made by Zelle, Cashapp, or Venmo. PayPal can also be used but the options of “friends and family” must be selected so the fees are not deducted from the seller’s proceeds.
⮚ The deposits are non-refundable, but we do understand things happen and the timing of bringing a puppy into the home may not be right. For this reason, I do allow the deposits to be transferred to another puppy. I will hold a deposit for a year, if a puppy is not chosen after a year the deposit becomes null and void.
⮚ The deposit is applied to the total price of the puppy. The balance of the puppy must be paid in cash at the time of pickup.
⮚ If the puppy/dog is being transported to the buyer, from someone outside of the seller, the entire balance must be paid 24 hours prior to the travel date. The seller will send pictures and updates as the puppy is handed over to the flight nanny or transport company selected. No personal checks will be accepted.
⮚ Buyers will pick up their puppy no later than a week after receiving their final vet check at the 9 weeks of age date. Our puppies are raised in our home and do not just get left in their pens. They become even more attached and bonded, making harder transitions. We understand timing and travel arrangements can be tricky. I will hold the puppy free of charge until 10 weeks of age. If more time is needed to pick up the puppy I do ask for $100 per week, this will be added to the balance owed at the time of picking up your puppy. I do not let our puppies miss vaccinations or worming schedules during this time.

⮚ Seller “Breeder” guarantees all possible steps have been taken with the sire / dam selection, genetic pairing, and breeding to prevent hereditary issues but does not guarantee that the puppy/dog will never develop any health problems over the lifespan. Debilitating congenital defects are defined as those present since birth that are either life-threatening or would prevent the puppy from fulfilling the intended purpose for which it was purchased.
⮚ Any suspected debilitating congenital defect must be confirmed by a licensed veterinarian (including necropsy performed at the buyer’s expense by a veterinary teaching hospital or state licensed DMV acceptable to the Breeders veterinarian if the dog dies)
o Buyer must supply any requested veterinary records related to the dog’s condition to the Seller “Breeder” within 7 days of diagnosis.
o Seller “Breeder” has the right to require a second opinion from a veterinarian and/or veterinary specialist of the Seller’s “Breeder” choice at the Seller’s “Breeder” expense.
o In the case of a puppy dying within our health guarantee timeframe of 2 years, the buyer will pay to have a necropsy performed to ascertain the reason of death. The necropsy report must be made available to the breeder if a claim under warranty is made. Warranty will be void if the puppy was euthanized without the breeder’s consent. If the puppy is euthanized or in any way disposed of, without a second opinion from the Seller’s “Breeder” veterinarian, the buyer waives all rights to a replacement puppy.
o If necropsy is performed and results in undetermined or inconclusive diagnosis, warranty is void.
⮚ If a congenital defect is identified within the warranty period, the Buyer has the option to obtain a replacement puppy from the Seller “Breeder” of equal or lesser value from the next available litter or a full refund of the puppy will be given.
⮚ It is understood that this contract only applies to the original buyer and is not transferable.
